Behavior Technicians (BTs) at AB Spectrum provide individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism at a AB Spectrum Center. Behavior Technician is an entry-level position. BTs work closely with clients, providing instruction and implementing behavior reduction protocols based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
