BCBAs are an integral part of center leadership, providing clinical oversight to the technicians that provide ABA therapy treatment for our clients. Our BCBAs support clients and their families by coordinating functional analysis assessments, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and teaching adaptive life skills.
